Events to give you interior design inspiration
If you’re an interior design enthusiast you may want to attend one of the many exhibits up and down the country. If you’re already thinking ahead in your diary, then September is the month for new design trends for 2011.

100% Design London
This exhibition features the best of contemporary interior design, showcasing modern building and interiors. The event runs from the 23rd to 26th September 2010 at Earls Court in London. However public admission is only available on the Sunday.

Decorex International
An exhibition of interior design products in the UK that has been running for 32 years. It’s being held this year at the Royal Hospital Chelsea in London on the 26th-29th September 2010.

However if you’re more like me and don’t live quite as far in advance as next month! There are still plenty of interior design exhibitions over the summer that are well worth a visit.
The Southern Homebuilding & Renovating Show
This show features new innovative design products and services, inspirational design ideas, restoration and cost saving solutions. The show is being held on the weekend of the 26th and 27th June 2010 at Sandown Park, Esher, Surrey.

Clerkenwell Design Week 2010
For something a bit more fun why not go to the annual Clerkenwell Design Festival on May 25th to 27th 2010. The London festival runs for 3 days and celebrates design’s creative richness and its social impact. There are over 60 design showrooms, product launches as well as design and architectural practices, workshops and presentations, historical architecture, street entertainment, music and shops and bars. As it’s a festival it has a very relaxed and fun atmosphere that you can enjoy.
